Iskander House, Francis Street, Old City, Tripoli – Libya
After the success of the first “I Am Libya” exhibition in the city of Benghazi, which was the first solo exhibition by the artist Shifa Salem, the second “I Am Libya” exhibition was held in the city of Tripoli, in cooperation with the Old City Authority, on the occasion of the opening of the Mahmoud Bey House.
The exhibition was held at “Mahmoud Bey’s House”, located in Francis Street in the Old City, from Thursday, December 2, 2021 until Monday, December 6, 2021.
The works of artist Shifa Salem reflect a unique aesthetic and expression of Libya and its culture. The exhibition is a distinctive artistic experience and the discovery of important historical stories and symbols.
