The second edition of the award was allocated to honor and commemorate the artist Marai Al-Talisi, under the title: “The Artistic Connotations of the Works of the Late Artist Marai Al-Talisi.” The award was announced inside the Corinthia Hotel in an event organized under the sponsorship of Libyana Mobile Phone Company.
